Bath Economic Regeneration Delivery Plan

We acted for Bath and North East Somerset Council to identify use options for multiple sites covering a total of 46 hectares in the historic city of Bath and to deliver a regeneration strategy for Bath City Centre and Twerton Riverside.

We identified resources required to deliver the strategy and led on production and presentation of the reports to form the Bath City of Ideas and formation of the Bath City Enterprise Area.  TCR  ran the public sector compliant tendering and procurement exercise and managed the consultant teams to secure evidence and delivery of reports.  TCR managed the internal and external consultation and workshops and delivered the strategic advice on infrastructure delivery options to the council senior management and member teams.
