We have advised on development strategy and development viability on a number of GADA’s schemes across the South East. 

Most recently we advised on the viability of an ‘airspace development’ of 52 units above a Tesco store in Harrow.  We advised the client that there was potential for cost savings to be made over traditional construction, with the use of modular development and off-site manufacturing. 

Modular housing can minimise time on site, which is critical when there are other interests at play.  In this example it was critical to minimise disturbances to the Tesco store.  This ensured that the planning consent granted was profitable for the client to deliver.
