Development strategy, development viability

We have been retained to advise Jaspar Group across their portfolio and are currently advising on five of their sites across the UK on mixed use schemes of up to 100 units.

Our early stage involvement in Jaspar’s work has enabled us to highlight areas of potential financial risk from the outset.  This has helped to inform the planning strategy for Jaspar’s sites – the result has been a series of profitable planning consents. 

The joined-up approach from the outset and the robustness of the planning viability submission, has meant that often consents have been granted without the need for protracted post submission negotiations, resulting in time and cost savings for the client.
