Richmond Centre, Londonderry

We were appointed by Vixcroft to act as development manager for the refurbishment of the Richmond Centre, Londonderry.    

The project included presenting the proposals to funder to secure project funding, appointment of professional team, development management of project, including procurement and tendering and reporting to funder against programme.  The project was delivered to programme and initial budget.
