Masterplan Viability

Corringham has been identified in the draft Local Plan as one of seven key locations that have the potential to accommodate at least 1,500 homes as sustainable urban extensions; and there is significant land being promoted for developments to suggest deliverable proposals can emerge.

Whilst strategic sites have the capacity to deliver a large number of homes, they are often complex to bring forward and take longer to deliver as they require the provision and forward funding of critical elements of strategic infrastructure.

We were appointed to advise on the deliverability of this strategic site, and explore the availability of funding mechanisms.
