We were appointed by Wrenbridge to advise on the risk and quantum of potential Part 1 claims under the Land Compensation Act 1973 to inform discussions on bond payments with Kent County Council for access onto the A228.

We assessed the potential of a claim being made by identifying potential qualifying interests, the assumed potential impacts of the physical factors on identified interests, the likelihood of a compensation claim being made and the estimated level of compensation that may accrue to inform the Highways Bond that would be required to enable development.
