Leisure

The leisure industry is going through change, that has been accelerated by Covid-19.

In retail, we will continue to see a rise in experiential stores and online shopping.  Changing the uses and function of shops to meet the way in which people use the spaces and repurposing buildings that are no longer supported by retail use helps reposition portfolios to create new value while often maintaining the activity and benefits of a more curated physical retail offer.

Our town centres which are the urban hearts of the communities they sit in have the capacity to be attractive locations for a variety of uses.   Successful and attractive centres, formed in conjunction with the communities that will use them, have the capacity to generate value for those promoting development and generate social value for the community, reducing the costs and burdens on society through design and uses that attract people to live, work and visit the centre.

TCR are retail and town centre specialists providing advice on individual assets through to town centre delivery masterplans.
